About Your Donation
The Children's Collective of Florida, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity (EIN 42-2020310), recognized by the IRS in a determination letter dated May 12, 2026, with an effective date of exemption of April 13, 2026. Donations of cash and the fair market value of in-kind goods are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law under Internal Revenue Code Section 170. We are happy to provide written acknowledgment of any donation upon request for your records.
